Job Description

Resources Groups is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, brand management, online advertising, and social media growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
  • Manage and optimize company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and online promotions.
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and digital marketing analytics to generate insights and optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and event teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage online reputation, audience engagement, and brand positioning across digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in content strategy and online brand management.
